FastShake Cookies
5-oz. Bottle FastShake Pancake Mix
3/4 cup (6 oz.) water or 5/6 cup (about 7 oz.) milk
Cooking spray
Metal, open-top cookie cutters
Choice of frosting
1. Preheat griddle to 375° F.
2. Add water to bottle and shake in accordance with directions.
3. Spray griddle well with cooking spray, then thoroughly spray cookie cutters.
4. Place cookie cutters on griddle, and pour batter into cutters just enough so that all corners are covered.
5. Cook until bubbles break on surface and skin begins to form on top.
6. Carefully pull off cutters and flip over pancakes. Cook until done.
7. Remove from griddle; cool pancakes, then frost with your favorite frosting recipe.
Store in a covered container.
YIELD: Using average-sized cutters, 10-12 cookies
