CoCo Wheats Pudding
1/3 cup CoCo Wheats
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon margarine
1 cup marshmallow crème
Mix together 1st three ingredients; set aside. Scald milk in double boiler or over very low heat. Add CoCo Wheats mixture. Cook 3 minutes stirring constantly. Ad margarine and continue cooking an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in 1 cup marshmallow crème.
Pour into mold or individual dishes. Serve warm or chilled. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
Makes 6 to 8 1/2-cup servings.
TIP: For a smoother consistency, soak CoCo Wheats in cold water for 30-60 minutes. Drain. Add to Recipe.
