Beef Ring
3/4 cup coarse dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup Fryin' Magic
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons dill weed
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1. Soak bread crumbs in milk in a large bowl. Add beef, eggs, onion, garlic, Fryin' Magic, salt, and dill weed; mix lightly, but thoroughly.
2. Pack meat lightly into a 5-1/2 cup ring mold. Loosen meat ring from mold and turn out onto a jelly-roll pan or baking sheet.
3. Bake at 350°F 45 minutes.
4. Blend chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over meat. Continue baking 15 minutes, or until done.
YIELD: 6 to 8 servings
