Barbecue Bread
1-3/4 cups biscuit mix
1/3 cup Fryin' Magic
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1. Combine biscuit mix, Fryin' Magic, and cheese in a bowl. Add egg, milk, wine, and melted butter; stir with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened.
2. Turn batter into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
3. Bake at 400°F 20 minutes, or until bread tests done.
4. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
